What our customers are saying? | 1-1 waitfor delay '0:0:15' -- I'm a retired handyman and I thought I'd send a review of this product as I have installed this floor heat system on 3 under tile bathroom floors. The first was almost 10 years ago and the most recent was 4 years ago. I've had zero complaints. I used both standard and alternate spacing and I always install an additional temp sensor with the cable. Great product. Can this tester be used on ditra heat cable by Schulter Accidentally cut a cable and fixed it using the recommended repair kit. worked as expected. Solved a big problem thanks for the help. very nice themostat for my floor heating system. no more programming issues. This is the best heat ever no more cold tiles your product is the best. THis is a great cable system. Used other stuff in the past and this has the best strapping system. Cable is very sturdy and produces great heat. Warm Tiles has been around for a long time so you know its good stuff. Order shipped same day, and received it in perfect condition. ezfoorheat does a nice job taking care of things, used to buy it from another supplier locally, but always took to long. i wrote this review after ordering numerous times. Very consistent service Had a problem on the job, and accidentally cut a cable. called tech support, and they pointed me to this repair kit. it worked out great, and customer is very pleased. You do however need to take your time doin the repair because the wires are pretty small. Thanks for the great support, and walking me through the process. Thought the kit was a little pricey for what you got, but definitely better than ripping up the whole floor install I replaced my older controller with this unit, and love the big screen and temperature display. My old unit just had a dial. also love the fact that my floor can now shutoff when I'm not using the space, and has an early start function to insure the floor is nice and warm inthe morning I was really impressed with the service i received from you guys. every call was promptly returned, and all my questions answered. We received the mat system a day earlier than expected, and had it installed in one day. we love it. the bathroom floor is nice and warm. thanks for all the help. you made it easy for us. |
