FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $500.00 (Continental U.S. only, excluding Alaska)
If your order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time Monday
through Friday we will ship it the same day. Orders placed after 1:00
PM on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. With
virtually a 100% fill rate, we are ready to ship as soon as the order is
received.
All orders must be shipped to a physical address. A Post Office Box cannot be used as a ship-to address.
Flat rate shipping limited to addresses within the
continental United States, excluding Alaska, plus the District of
Columbia.
Estimated delivery time is 1-7 business days depending on location.
NOTE: UPS reserves the right to either leave a package or request a signature
at the delivery driver's discretion. If you require a "Signature Only"
delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. If "Signature
Only" is not requested and proof of delivery is obtained, we are not
responsible for missing packages.

NOTE: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. All orders shipped Next Day Air on Friday will be scheduled to arrive on the following Monday. If a Saturday delivery is required, please contact us prior to placing your order. An additional UPS Saturday delivery fee will be added to your freight charge.
Canadian Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 days of receipt.
All orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground Transportation.
NOTE: Shipping
& Handling Charges billed by EZ Floor Heat do not include Canadian
customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. UPS will contact you
directly to collect these fees prior to delivery.
All orders returned due to customers failure to
pay these charges will be canceled, and customer agrees to be billed for
all shipping charges incurred by EZ Floor Heat as a result of this
cancellation.
