30-Day Return and Refund Policy
You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it. Just make sure:
1. You contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) prior to shipment to ensure proper handling of your return.
2. All returned merchandise is in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on altered, damaged, dirty, or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
3. All returns must include original factory box, original factory packing, with all instruction booklets and paperwork. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition. Products packaged in sealed blister packs (ie: Thermostat Kits) can only be returned if unopened.
4. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt and instructions regarding your request for an exchange or refund of the full amount of the merchandise – whichever you prefer.
5. Original shipping, packing, and handling charges are not refundable.
6. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipment costs. If merchandise is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, EZ Floor Heat is not responsible. It is the purchasers responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the problem.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and unlike the hidden charges at some online stores, no re-stocking fees apply as long as all of the original equipment is complete and returned in its original condition. No returns will be accepted upon the expiration of the 30 day return period.
