Metal Strapping For Fast and Easy Installation of Cable Kits
Included with all Cable Kits, the FTCK metal strapping is a vast improvement over the old plastic strapping. Designed for fast and quick lacing of the heat cable, opposing prongs allow the cable to enter at a 45º angle, and lock in to place as the cable returns to its original perpendicular angle to the strapping. With no clips to press down, a lower profile has been also been achieved, resulting in a skim coat as thin as 3/16 of an inch.
Metal strapping is being made available separately below for those installations requiring more strapping then the amount provided with each cable kit (very rare), or to replace strapping material damaged during removal when an unexpected change in a layout design arose.
